who? me?

Overview

My IB art exhibition "Who, Me?"  is an exploration of individuality in the modern age, dissecting the multifaceted influences that shape our identity. In an era dominated by technology and fleeting connections, I delved deep into the realms of communication, love, and personal experiences. Through a carefully curated collection of artworks, this exhibition challenges the norms, encouraging viewers to question their own existence and the factors that define them.

Themes Explored

The core themes of love, beauty, and technology are interwoven into the fabric of "Who, Me?" Each artwork serves as a poignant reflection on the impact of modern technology on communication, the transformative power of love in our lives, and the intrinsic beauty found in every individual, regardless of their journey.

The exhibition features a diverse range of artworks, skillfully crafted to capture pivotal moments that define our identities. From digital masterpieces to vintage film photography, the collection showcases my integration of old and new, symbolizing the timelessness of human experiences. Through  selection and presentation/curation, the artworks echo my personal journey, inviting viewers to connect on a profound level.

The curatorial rationale behind "Who, Me?" is deeply rooted in the idea of viewer interaction and self-reflection. Each piece has been strategically placed, allowing for a natural flow of exploration from one artwork to another. The exhibition employs a thematic arrangement, guiding visitors through a narrative that explores the complexities of finding individuality. Additionally, my  use of color schemes and varied techniques adds depth, inviting viewers to engage with each artwork on a personal level.
